A woman, interviewing for an Administrative Assistant position, answers the common interview question: What is your ideal job? This is an example of an GOOD way to answer this question. I work in banking and all you need to do is play golf with the right people, and buy your suits from the right store. Sell an illusion that your just like them and your golden. Education and intelligence are really not needed.

Or when paying for my own health benefits is considered a perk.

Here we go again…….I believe my thoughts on what I consider to be an ideal job is inline with most people, I want to enjoy my career and its rewards that will enhance my life/work balance. I have a real passion for this industry and am very comfortable with it being my ideal job/role/destiny/ blah blah blah…………………………..

@Schlandhaubitze I very much agree with you..all these videos I have been watching on interviewing are mostly a crock of shit, they are just saying what the interviewer “wants” to hear…I mean really, such a make shift “professional” like interview for someone applying for a simple administrative assistant position? aka: receptionist job? Not digging on it but really now, who WANTS to do this type of job forever & they are making it seem like some kind of corporate job…blah
